"We needed to stay one night in Split to catch a flight the next day, and we booked the Plaza Marchi. However, because it was so cold on that night, there was an issue with the pipes freezing and there being no hot water. We were contacted immediately and asked if we would want to stay at their other property nearby, in a better room with no extra charge. We were happy to do so. Someone from the hotel met us at the place we designated, so that we would be able to find it easily. She happily took us to the hotel and showed us to our wonderful room with a glorious view of the harbor and riva. We loved the decor of the hotel, the comfort of the bed, how clean it was, and how quiet, considering the central location. We would definitely stay at either of their hotels again, and highly recommend them!"

"The hotel interior is super beautiful and modern, with large, clean rooms and friendly staff. However, this hotel is quite far from the city center. The location is far from ideal. It's in the middle of an industrial area; the hotel itself is clearly an old warehouse. The view is of the industrial area. The road is under construction, and getting to the hotel isn't easy. I also felt that for a 4-star hotel, there should be some kind of entertainment, and the breakfast could have been much better. What really makes up for this hotel are the rooms and the staff. If you don't have a car, don't stay at this hotel."

"Great apartment - it was a good size, beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. It had pretty much everything you'd need for your stay, including air conditioning which was very welcome. The location is excellent, it's in a quiet area but it's just a short walk to the old town or to the promenade. There are a couple of small supermarkets close by which was handy. Communication with our host was excellent and he was waiting for us with the key and gave us useful information about the area and places to eat. One thing to note for anyone with mobility issues (or a lot of luggage) is that there's an incline walking up to the apartment from the town and there are 41 steps up to the second floor where the apartment is situated."

"The accommodation is in a sort of beauty clinic that presumably supplements its income. First, you have to find the place. It's at the beginning of the street, immediately on the right as you enter. It's a Sunday, but there's someone at the reception desk who opens the self-closing doors for us. We'll have a magnetic card to enter without having to call. The rooms are upstairs. They are large with a small recess. You may or may not like the decor, which is a bit kitsch, but it's well-appointed and comfortable. The bathroom is very large, with a very large and beautiful shower. Probably for patients who come to the clinic. Breakfast is also served in a small space upstairs. It's quite basic. Note that if you want chocolate, there's some on the ground floor. The apartment is a 25-minute walk from the old town. You can take a taxi or the bus, which stops are very close on the main street leading to the old town. A bus ticket costs €3 if you buy it on the bus (there are no machines at the stops near the apartment), otherwise it costs €1 at the payment terminals. The stops are Bolnica Krizine 2 and 1, depending on the outward and return journey. The bus terminus is the market next to the old town. If you have a car, you can park for free in the neighborhood square. It is also possible behind the building."
